GENERAL INFORMATION
-All class registrations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
-Registration forms can currently be found on our website. Please print out the form and send it with the tuition. A confirmation email will be sent once registration and payment are received. Space in the class is not secure until registration is received. Please contact the studio prior to sending in registration to check class availability.
-All classes run in 5-week sessions unless otherwise noted
-Limit 8 students per class unless otherwise noted
-All classes can be repeated. New projects are incorporated into the curriculum each session
-Please check the Class Descriptions and Supply Information section at the bottom of each session schedule for any additional materials that need to be supplied by the student.

-Rules/Regulations and Safety Information-provided upon registration
-Payments are accepted by cash and check
Refunds
Tuition is refundable minus a processing fee as follows: Students may cancel up to 3 days before a class is scheduled to begin and receive a full refund. Students may drop a class any time after the first class of the session has met and before the second class meets and receive a refund minus a $15 processing fee. Students choosing to drop a class after the second class of a session has met are not eligible for a refund. No refunds for workshops.
Class Cancellations/Student Absences
A full refund will be issued within 3 weeks if Right-Brained Studio (Kelly D. Pelka or affiliates) needs to cancel a class. Classes may be made up only if they are cancelled by the teacher and will be scheduled at the end of the session. Time is scheduled at the end of the Fall 2011 sessions if this should occur. If your child misses a class during a session, they can attend a complimentary Open Studio time or “$5 Fridays” Workshop (up to 2 times per session) within the session timeframe. Please see Open Studio/$5 Fridays section for schedule and details. Parents/guardians will be notified of cancelled classes due to teacher illness/extreme weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances through e-mail and/or phone so be sure to provide your current contact info on the registration form.
